While we do everything possible to keep these delicate creatures safe during transit, external factors can sometimes intervene. We recommend filming your unboxing (it makes for wonderful memories too!), you'll get a 15% discount on your next order if you do. If any damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it promptly at no extra cost.
